Support Groups

NAMI Flathead offers 2 FREE confidential support groups where individuals living with mental illness as well as their family and loved ones can find hope and support by connecting with others who face similar challenges.

A 90-minute monthly support group providing family members with an opportunity to discuss the challenges of caring for and/or living with a loved one with mental illness. Registration and membership are NOT required to attend this support group.

COST:       FREE

WHEN:
· 1st Monday of every month

@ Gateway Community Center | 1203 US Hwy 2 Kalispell | 6:00 – 7:30 PM

· 4th Tuesday of every month
@ St. Richards Church | 1210 9th St. W Columbia Falls | 6:00 – 7:30 PM

· 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month
@ Eureka 99 Mills Spring Rd Suite 8 Eureka | 5:30 – 7:00 PM

If either of those times don’t work, there are other support groups around the state that can be attended via Zoom and can be found at www.namimt.org

You do not have to be a member of NAMI to attend a support group.

A 90-minute recovery support group offered once a week for people with mental illness. Groups are facilitated by peers living in recovery, and provide an ongoing opportunity to discuss the challenges of living with mental illness and the techniques for maintaining wellness.

COST:       FREE

WHEN:    Every Wednesday @ 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

You do not have to be a member of NAMI to attend a support group.
